Terms of Use

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18. Products are intended for the animal use described on each page and are dispensed only after review by a licensed veterinarian.

Prescription & Pharmacy Policy

PrepperPetSupply is a licensed pharmacy. A licensed veterinarian reviews each order and issues a prescription only where clinically appropriate and legally permitted; if it is not, the order is not filled and you are not charged. Prescribing requirements, including any veterinarian-client-patient relationship, vary by jurisdiction.

These products are for animal use only and are not for human consumption. For emergency pet medical care, contact your veterinarian immediately or an emergency veterinary service.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is a priority. We hold ourselves to the strictest applicable privacy standards, modeled on California’s CCPA/CPRA in the United States and the EU’s GDPR. And apply that higher standard to everyone.

What we collect, and why. We collect only the minimum information needed to fill and deliver your order and to provide veterinary review: your contact details, delivery address, payment information (handled by our payment processor, not stored by us), and the pet and order details you provide.

What we do NOT do. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your name or address with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your purchase details to profile or target you.

How your identity is protected. Your name and delivery address are stored separately and under strict security controls, with access limited to the staff who must fill and ship your order. We minimize how long identifying information is linked to purchase records.

Records we keep. As a licensed pharmacy, we are legally required to keep certain prescription and dispensing records, or when strictly necessary to fill and deliver your order. We will not disclose your information for any other reason.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to the records we are legally required to keep, by emailing [email protected]. Cookies and email communications are covered above and in our cookie section.

Cookies

We use cookies necessary for the site to function and, with your consent where required, analytics cookies to understand site use. You can manage non-essential cookies through the consent tool.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is on us. The cost is always included, never added at checkout. Once a licensed veterinarian has reviewed your order, the prescription is issued, and payment is complete, your order is on its way; delivery times vary with your location and carrier, and we appreciate your patience while it reaches you.Contact us. In the rare event that a package is held or refused by customs and does not reach you, we will reship and replace it at no additional cost. We stand behind getting your pet’s medication to your door.

Returns & Refunds

For safety reasons, dispensed medications generally cannot be returned once they have left our pharmacy. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if we are unable to fill it, contact us and we will make it right.

Limitation of Liability

The information on this site is general and educational and does not replace examination of your animal by your own veterinarian. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepperPetSupply is not liable for outcomes arising from use of the site or products beyond what applicable law requires.

Warranties

The products and information on this site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepperPetSupply disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Any reliance on the information here is at your own risk.

Limitation of damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepperPetSupply and its officers, employees, pharmacists, and affiliated veterinarians are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or any product purchased through it.

Assumption of risk

By purchasing, you acknowledge that these products are for ornamental aquarium fish and non-food pet birds, or, for prescription items, for the specific companion animal for which a licensed veterinarian has prescribed them; that animal-health outcomes depend on many factors beyond any single product; that no treatment is guaranteed to succeed; and that you assume the risks associated with use.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrepperPetSupply, its pharmacists, and its affiliated veterinarians from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your misuse of any product, your use of a product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling or veterinary instructions, your use of a product for humans or food-producing animals, or your violation of any law or these Terms.

Clinical governance

Every prescription is reviewed and issued by a licensed veterinarian exercising independent professional judgment. PrepperPetSupply dispenses medications as prescribed; it does not diagnose animals or set doses. Educational content on this site is reviewed by licensed veterinarians and is not a substitute for examination of your animal by your own veterinarian.

Dispute resolution & arbitration

Any dispute arising from or relating to this site, these Terms, or any product or service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You and PrepperPetSupply waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vanuatu, where PrepperPetSupply is founded, with its registered office in Port Vila, Vanuatu, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. State-specific pharmacy and veterinary requirements are handled by the licensed pharmacy and prescribing veterinarian in the pet owner’s own state.
